A real-time view of every product across all warehouses. With role-based access, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams could all see what mattered most to them—without the noise.
From PO creation to goods received, every item was tracked with timestamps, batch numbers, and vendor references—ensuring no product entered the system unaccounted for.
Sales teams could raise orders, and the system would auto-route them to the nearest warehouse with available stock. Dispatch notes, invoice generation, and inventory deduction all happened in sync.
Each product had a minimum and maximum threshold. The system would notify managers when stock levels dropped below safety limits, streamlining procurement decisions.
Using tablets or phones, warehouse staff could scan products via barcode, update stock in/out, and manage transfers between locations.
