Their idea was clear: build a hyperlocal grocery delivery platform that could bring fresh essentials from neighborhood stores to doorsteps—fast, reliable, and seamless.

But building that kind of real-time, multi-vendor ecosystem in a country as diverse and tech-savvy as the UAE was no small task.

QNL Software worked closely with the client’s product team to build a full-stack grocery delivery platform, custom-built for the unique challenges of the UAE market.

Modular Architecture for Multi-Vendor Support


Each vendor had its own admin panel to manage inventory, orders, delivery zones, and operating hours. Stores could update products and stock in real time, ensuring accuracy for customers.


Mobile App for Shoppers


A fast, lightweight Flutter-based app allowed customers to:


  1. Browse by store or by product
  2. Add items from multiple vendors into a single cart
  3. Schedule deliveries or opt for immediate dispatch
  4. Track orders live, with ETA updates and driver location


Delivery Agent App

Drivers used a dedicated app to manage routes, update statuses, and communicate with customers. GPS tracking, optimized routing, and built-in call/chat features helped avoid missed deliveries.


Super Admin Dashboard

From one central interface, the platform’s operators could onboard new vendors, view analytics, resolve issues, and run promotions across the entire ecosystem.


Bilingual Experience

With full support for both Arabic and English, the app was localized for cultural sensitivity and ease of use.
